Can children under 14 years old ride electric motorbikes in Vietnam? What is fine level for children under 14 years old when driving electric motorbikes in Vietnam? I plan to buy a motorbike for my daughter to go to school but I wonder about the age to ride an electric motorbike. This year, my daughter is 13 years old does not know if she can ride an electric motorbike or not?
