Pursuant to Decree 96/2022/ND-CP dated November 29, 2022 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; Decree No. 105/2024/ND-CP dated August 1, 2024 of the Government amending a number of articles of Decree No. 96/2022/ND-CP dated November 29, 2022 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Decree No. 26/2018/ND-CP dated February 28, 2018 of the Government on the Charter of organization and operation of Vietnam Electricity;
Pursuant to the Law on Electricity dated December 3, 2004 and the Law on amendments to the Law on Electricity dated November 20, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 137/2013/ND-CP dated October 21, 2013 of the Government elaborating the Law on Electricity and the Law on amendments to the Law on Electricity;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2022/ND-CP dated December 21, 2022 of the Government on amendments to Decrees on submission and presentation of household register booklets, temporary residence register booklets upon carrying out administrative procedures or providing public services;
Pursuant to Decision No. 05/2024/QD-TTg dated March 26, 2024 of the Prime Minister on mechanism for adjustment of average retail electricity prices;
Pursuant to Decision No. 28/2014/QD-TTg dated April 7, 2014 of the Prime Minister on structure of electricity retail tariff;
Pursuant to Decision No. 02/2023/QD-TTg dated February 3, 2023 of the Prime Minister on the bracket of electricity the average retail prices;
Pursuant to Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BCT dated May 29, 2014 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on electricity prices; Circular No. 25/2018/TT-BCT dated September 12, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade amending a number of articles of Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BCT ; Circular No. 06/2021/TT-BCT dated August 6, 2021 of the Minister of Industry and Trade amending a number of articles of Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BCT ; Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BCT dated April 21, 2023 of the Minister of Industry and Trade amending a number of articles of Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BCT and Circular No. 25/2018/TT-BCT ;
Decision No. 1046/QD-EVN dated October 11, 2024 of Vietnam Electricity on adjusting average retail electricity prices;
At the request of Director General of Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam,
HEREBY DECIDES:
Article 1. Retail electricity prices and electricity prices provided in the Appendix attached to this Decision are applied to groups of electricity users and electricity retailers respectively... The electricity prices specified in this Decision are exclusive of value-added tax.
Article 3. The time applying electricity prices: from October 11, 2024.
