Due to technical negligence, the errors in Clause 13, Article 1 of the Government's Decree No. 82/2024/ND-CP dated July 10, 2024 amending certain articles of the Government's Decree No. 73/2019/ND-CP dated September 05, 2019 on management of state investment in information technology application are corrected as follows:
1. Point a Clause 13 of Article 1: “a) Point b is amended as follows:"
is replaced with “a) Point b of Clause 2 is amended as follows:”
2. Point b Clause 13 of Article 1: “b) Point d is amended as follows:”
is replaced with “b) Point d of Clause 2 is amended as follows:”
3. Point c Clause 13 of Article 1: “c) Point dd is amended as follows:”
is replaced with “c) Point dd of Clause 2 is amended as follows:”
4. Point d Clause 13 of Article 1: “db) Point e is amended as follows:”
is replaced with “d) Point e of Clause 2 is amended as follows:”./.
